Creator Terms & Conditions
Review our program rules. You'll be asked to accept these when creating your account.
1. Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information (name, email) to sign up. One Creator account per individual.
2. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of everything you write and upload. By submitting content, you grant Yugantar Life a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, display, and distribute it on the platform and associated channels, including our official YouTube channel for any video you attach.
3. Video & Audio Uploads
If you attach a video, it is automatically uploaded to the Yugantar Life YouTube channel. You may attach either a video or an audio file per submission, not both. You confirm you own the rights to, or have permission to publish, any video or audio you upload.
4. Editorial Review
All submissions are reviewed before publishing. We may approve, reject, or request changes for content that does not meet our guidelines — including plagiarism, factual inaccuracy, hate speech, misinformation, or content disrespectful of any religious tradition.
5. Content Guidelines
Content must be original, respectful, and relevant to Yugantar Life's spiritual, cultural, and lifestyle focus. Do not submit content that infringes on third-party copyrights, defames any individual or group, or violates applicable law.
6. Editing & Removal
We may edit submissions for formatting or clarity, and may remove or unpublish content at any time if it is found to violate these terms, even after approval.
7. Payouts & Earnings
Eligible creators may participate in the platform's payout program, calculated per the rate shown in your Creator Dashboard. Payout eligibility, rates, and schedules are set at Yugantar Life's discretion and may change.
8. Ad Campaigns
Creators may optionally run ad campaigns through the platform's Ad Manager, subject to separate ad policies and pricing shown at time of purchase.
9. Account Responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any Creator account that repeatedly violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your Creator account after changes means you accept the revised terms.
